Items purchased online may be returned for a full refund up to 30 days after purchase in the original method of payment, subject to the terms below. Returned product must be in re-sellable condition (in its original package without any visible wear and tear.) If the product is returned in un-sellable condition we will ship it back to you and not provide a refund. We suggest that you try on all footwear on a carpeted surface to ensure a proper fit before using. A receipt of purchase and return form must be provided with your return. Your receipt is emailed to you after you have completed your order, shipped in the package with your order, and available to you on our website by going to the orders page after you have logged in. The return form is available online by clicking here, and is provided in the package with your order on the back of your receipt.
Sports Zone Holiday Return Policy:**
Sports Zone will be extending the window for returns during the holiday season. With a receipt, a customer may be refunded in the form of original payment through January 31, 2014 for purchases made between November 1, 2013 and December 25, 2013. All other guidelines from the standard Return Policy apply.

Returns and exchanges may be made at any one of our Sports Zone store locations store locator. Please bring the confirmation slip and receipt included with your order, as well as the credit card used to make the purchase. Please be aware refunds must be made to the same credit card used to make the original purchase. In the absence of the original credit card, merchandise credit for use in our store locations or on sportszoneelite.com will be issued. Original shipping costs are not available for a refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. In no event will Sports Zone be responsible for lost or damaged packages on returns. We suggest that you get insurance and tracking information on your packages as you are responsible for it until we receive it. In an effort to reduce waste, we request that you reuse the packing materials that we sent your package in if possible. There is no refund for shipping already paid on purchases, unless the product was defective or an error in your order.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be made on spzn.com purchases using the above return procedures or at one of our stores. All products must be in re-sellable condition, following the return policy laid out above. When shipping an exchange back to the distribution center you must buy the replacement online and ship the original back for credit. Please follow the Shipping Returns procedure above. Exchanges in the store are provided for merchandise credit with receipt in the amount you paid within 30 days after purchase. After 30 days or without receipt merchandise credit will be issued at current retail price. All products must be verified that they were purchased from Sports Zone (original tags and packaging).
Defective Merchandise
Sports Zone cannot guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If it is believed to be defective please return the item with the return form explaining what the defects are. We will replace the item only if we declare that is defective. If the item is not considered defective we will send it back explaining why. Some vendors require that product be sent directly to them, if the item you have purchased falls into that category we will provide directions on how to return it in the package with your order.

Returns with a Receipt
Returns with a receipt are accepted up to 30 days after purchase for a full refund. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in full by the original method of payment. Returned product must be in re-sellable condition. Cash/debit refunds are limited to $75.00. Without a receipt or after 30 days refunds will be issued as a merchandise credit at the lowest ticketed price within the last 60 days.
No Receipt
Returns without a receipt are accepted only if the product is 1)verifiably purchased from Sports Zone, 2)in re-sellable condition, and 3)is accompanied by a valid government-issued photo ID. Returns without a receipt will be processed only in the form of a store credit - refunds will not be issued. Items will be credited at the lowest sale price within the last 60 days.
Returns of Defective Product
Sports Zone will replace, or in some cases repair, products with defects in quality and workmanship. Sports Zone is unable to accept responsibility for items which: 1)have suffered from excessive wear and tear (at the manager's discretion) or 2)were not verifiably purchased at Sports Zone.

Sure, we’ve built an app or two, but what really gets us up in the morning at Swarm is creating ways to empower our community to have more delightful experiences in the real world.
From serendipitous run-ins to chance introductions and reminders of happy memories, we love hearing about how Swarm has helped make a day better, a reunion brighter, or even the prospect of a missing car a little more tolerable.
Here are a few stories from our community that showed some unexpected benefits of living a life more checked in.
Long distance is the wrong distance. But one Swarm user was able to give a happy surprise to his best friend by keeping up with check-ins.
A few years ago Natalie S.’s best friend wanted to surprise her. He flew to Portland, which is where she lives, and checked her location on Swarm. He then showed up at the bar where she was watching the Chicago Bears football game. No one knew he was coming - it was a completely surprise!
Being in the right place at the right time led this Swarmer to eventually find her husband.
A guy Adra G. followed on Twitter began checking into dive bars near where she lived and shared his check-ins to Twitter. They were Internet pals until one night he tweeted about being bored and wanting to go out, Adra saw the tweet and used Foursquare to find and suggest a nearby bar. They met up at Liquid Kitty and had a drink, or as Adra said, “A few drinks, actually, because we really hit it off.” This serendipitous meet-up was followed by countless more and the couple got married this past June!
Or how about that one time a check-in helped this couple solve “The Mystery of the Missing Car”?
Claire L. headed to what she thought was the nearest BART station (the metro in the Bay Area) and headed into San Francisco for a day of adventure. She BARTed back from the city but could not find her car when she arrived at the station. She checked in on Swarm and it said, “Your first time here!” She thought, “How could that be? I checked in here earlier today.” She looked back at her check-in history, and it turns out she had departed from a different BART station. As Claire said, “Swarm saved our day! We would have been making loops around the parking lot looking for our car forever.”

Also, I’ve never been to Europe so I believe anyone making a stop in Italy has to make a pilgrimage to Rome and visit the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain and the Sistine Chapel, to name a few. If there’s one word I’d use to describe Italians, it’d be passion. I can see that they’ve put so much love and detail into so many aspects of their lives, like food, clothing, family and of course, wine! It’s a culture that I’d love to be a part of, even for a brief amount of time.”

As all eyes turn to this year’s conventions, we asked: What’s happening just outside the arena doors?
A data deep-dive of Cleveland and Philadelphia can be found here. Below, some highlights:
- Philly, with almost 12,000 restaurants, has about 3.5x the amount of restaurants as Cleveland.
- Cleveland has about half the number of hotels as Philly. Both cities tend to see more tourists in the earlier parts of the summer (May and June) with a slight decrease in July and August, followed by an uptick again in early fall.
- Our data shows that Cleveland’s most distinctive dishes include those of Eastern European origin, like pierogies and chicken paprikash. In Philly—you guessed it—it’s all about the cheesesteaks. Dig deeper, and it’s clear that Philly locals love any type of sandwich, with particular affinity for steak sandwiches as well as hoagies and subs.
- Downtown Cleveland is hot right now, with the just-opened Public Square. near the Quicken Loans Arena, drawing crowds. In Philly, most of popular destinations are about a 15-minute ride from the Wells Fargo Center. That includes the summertime outdoor village Spruce Street Harbor Park —complete with a floating restaurant, beer garden, and hammocks.

Several months ago, a few of us at Foursquare started working on a new way to discover the best places around you, a project we now call Marsbot. Our goal: create a product that tells you where to eat or drink before you think to ask for it. It would deliver contextually-aware, proactive recommendations for awesome food and nightlife spots via the simplest communications channel possible: text. Today, I am excited to unveil Marsbot !
This year in tech has been all about chatbots, but Marsbot is not a chatbot. We chose to experiment with offering proactive and personalized recommendations. It’s a completely different mode of interaction. With a chatbot, you ask specific questions and give specific prompts for what you need. Our goal with Marsbot is to give you the answers before you even ask—just based on where you are and where you usually go. It’s a really big, futuristic challenge. And it’s one that only Foursquare, with our vast location intelligence, can tackle.
Personally, I’m lucky to have a best friend who works in the NYC food scene and keeps me hip to the best new restaurants and bars. But not everyone is #soblessed. We think of Marsbot as that best friend who knows what you love, where you hang out— and also happens to know all the best places in your city. Like my bestie, Marsbot learns that I’m into pistachio gelato and I spend most of my time in The Mission. Like my bestie, Marsbot texts me when it discovers a new chai spot opening around the corner from my office. And like my bestie, Marsbot isn’t perfect, but is always full of good intentions.
If you happen to use an iPhone and live in NYC or SF, we’d love for you to give Marsbot a try and tell us what you think! Marsbot is a work-in-progress and we are still creating and imagining what the experience should be like. While we are iterating, fixing bugs and improving the experience, we’ll be slowly letting people in from the waitlist. It’ll take time for Marsbot to learn about you and for us to refine how it all works. So please be patient. No one said inventing the future would be easy.

Used Items Disclaimer
All items are USED unless otherwise noted. All items are sold AS FOUND and AS IS. We describe our items to the best of our ability and try to incorporate as much research as possible with books and internet; HOWEVER. we are NOT experts in any field. ALL measurements for items are approximated.
Beginning January 3rd, 2016 we will be increasing the handling fee to $3 for the following auctions: Artwork, Guitars and Pick Up Only Items. We will combine items that total 20 lbs or less and each individual item must be under 5lbs. Jewelry cannot be combined with non jewelry items. Please put in a ticket prior to paying and if the order meets the above criteria we will combine the order for you. Combining can not be reversed and payments will not be reversed to complete a combine order. We are happy to accommodate item pickups at our location. You do not have to call or email us for a pickup. Your order will be ready 2 business days after payment is made. Our business hours are 8:00 AM through 6:30 PM Monday through Friday (except Holidays). Items selected for pickup, must be picked up within 14 days of the close of auction. Items not picked up within 14 days from the close of auction will be resold with no further notice.
All measurements are approximate. Please read and understand the description before bidding. The items up for auction have not been authenticated or appraised unless otherwise noted in description. We are not experts and do not claim to be. Auctions are in used condition and were donations to Goodwill Industries. Returns must be authorized by seller. We ship FedEx only. We are unable to ship to APO or military addresses. Please allow 5 business days ( Monday-Friday) for your purchase to be shipped out from our facility in Indianapolis. Canadian shoppers, please contact us by clicking on "customer service" after you have won an auction and we will assist you in getting your order to you as quickly as possible but please allow for an additional 5 days. Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes of goods (e.g. excise tax). A brokerage fee is also charged to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the importers behalf. Your order will be shipped under FedEx Brokerage Program, where eligible shipments imported into Canada are subject to applicable duties and taxes as well as an average of $10.00 flat brokerage fee ($4.00 USD entry prep fee + $6.00 CAD bond fee on ground shipments; $10.00 CAD bond fee on air shipments) for shipments valued below $200.00 USD. Additional fees will apply on shipments over this value. Shipments valued at $200.00 CAD and above and/or being imported to Canada for commercial purposed and/or subject to specialized clearance may incur additional fees. Please, be aware that FedEx will request payment of these charges at the time of delivery. You have the ability to call FedEx to pay these charges, eliminating the need for payment on delivery.

Merchandise is sold As Is. Returns will only be accepted with prior authorization and under the terms stated in this Return Policy. If you have questions regarding the quality or authenticity of this item please contact Goodwill Industries of Central Indiana prior to placing your bid. We will do our best to answer your ticket within 24 hours. We currently do not work on weekends or holidays so the response time will be longer on some occasions. Items may only be returned within seven (7) days of receipt if the merchandise was damaged during shipping or if there was a major distortion in the description.

Poshmark Shipping
All Poshmark orders are shipped using expedited USPS Priority Mail for a flat rate of $5.95. Once your seller ships, your order will be delivered in 1-3 business days. Poshmark will also email you a tracking number once your package begins tracking.
If you use the bundling feature to buy multiple items from a seller, you only pay the $5.95 shipping fee once. The seller packages and ships all of the bundled items in one box.

You are protected every time you make a purchase on Poshmark.
We will give you a full refund if your item never ships or does not match the listing description. Otherwise, all sales are final. The policies and systems we have in place to protect you are called Posh Protect .
Refund Policy
When you make a purchase on Poshmark, we don't release payment to the seller until you tell us you've received your order as described. You have 3 days after delivery to inform us if the item has been misrepresented by reporting the problem in the Poshmark app or website with supporting photos. If we verify your claim, we'll send you a label to return the order to the seller and refund your payment. All returns must be shipped back within 5 days of approval to be eligible for a refund.
What is covered
If any of the following pertain to your order, please report the problem in the Poshmark app or website immediately:
- Undisclosed damage
- Incorrect or missing item
- Item not as described
- Item is not authentic
If no claim is made within 3 days of delivery, payment will be automatically released to the seller. Once payment has been released, all sales are final and no refunds will be provided.
What is not covered
Item does not fit / changed mind
If the item is just not your style or does not fit you, we unfortunately cannot accept a return. You can always re-list the item on Poshmark!
Trades and Offline Transactions
Posh Protect does not cover trades or transactions completed off of the Poshmark platform. When payment for the full value of items is not exchanged through the Poshmark platform, we cannot guarantee that both parties will ship and transact as promised. You bear all risks associated with any such transactions.
